An estate completed eight years ago on nearly 2 ocean-to-lake acres has sold for a reported $29.13 million in Manalapan, the wealthy town south of Palm Beach.

The sale price of the estate at 1780 S. Ocean Blvd. was reported Wednesday in the multiple listing service. The property sold just 33 days after it was listed for sale, according to the MLS.

The newly built nine-bedroom, two-story mansion sits on more than 2 acres and includes a separate guest cottage, an oceanfront swimming pool, an elevator, an exercise room and a wine cellar.
