Features

Fifty-thousand residences in a new city on approximately 10,000 acres.  Designed as a sustainable city with connectivity to urban areas beyond, utilizing contemporary desert architecture.  The community was grouped into neighborhoods of organic, traditional, neo-traditional, and transit-oriented styles.  Architecture ranged in scale from single villas to mixed-use mid-rise.  Burt Hill provided prime architecture and planning with Affiniti Architects.
