Designed around an existing horse racetrack on 600 acres for approximately 2,000 residences along with office and retail. Architecture was modern in every respect including villas, which were specifically designed to contrast with a rolling, landscaped countryside streetscape. Burt Hill provided prime architecture and planning with Affiniti Architects.
