Affiniti Architects provided design development for this 501-unit rental apartment community situated on approximately 32 acres. The majority of the community features Mediterranean-style apartment buildings, comprised of a four-story elevator building type including four-story parking structure and a three-story garden apartment type, with an 8,000 square-foot Contemporary-style clubhouse which provides architectural contrast and acts as a focal point in the heart of the site.
