Features

The proposed residence was designed as the main residence for the client who currently resides directly adjacent to the subject lot.  The goal of the design was to accommodate their family while celebrating the beautiful and unique characteristics of the oceanfront lot and their surrounding neighborhood. The architecture of the house was inspired by the traditional Florida vernacular style known as “Florida Cracker”.
