Designed with a green landscaped pedestrian core linking villa estates to multi-family mixed-use mid-rise residences and retail. Architectural styles of Andalusian, Mediterranean, and Tuscan blend to create a “built over time” feel. A total of 630 residences on 50 acres are amenitized with two clubhouses and two distinct secure entry gatehouses. Burt Hill provided prime architecture and planning with Affiniti Architects.
